MEMBERSHIP: The initiation fee for an individual membership
is $250.00, which is a non-refundable, lifetime fee, provided continuous
membership is maintained. Three levels of annual dues, which cover the
period of one year (July 2007-June 2008) are available $250.00, $300.00
or $500.00. Dues of $300.00 include DACO membership and one (1) ticket
to the 2008 Scholar Athlete Banquet. Dues of $500.00

of these events. Dues of $250.00 do not include tickets to these events.

DACO events on a "pay-as-you-go" basis during the membership
period.
Once
the Individual membership is activated, any immediate family member
(parents, children, siblings, spouse) may also join by paying an initiation
fee of $100.00 plus the applicable individual member annual dues.
CORPORATE
MEMBERSHIP: The initiation fee for a corporate membership is
$350.00 and covers an unlimited number of members from that organization.
A corporate membership entitles the organization unlimited representatives
with the applicable annual dues which are equivalent to the individual
member's annual dues of $250.00, $300.00 or $500.00 to be paid for each
member. The organization will be allowed to transfer membership cards
for purposes of event attendance, but only if the RSVP states such change
and the name and contact information for the person attending the event
have been sent to the DACO office prior to the event
deadline. All designees must complete a full application and must receive
approval of DACO’s Board of Directors prior to
their membership being activated. Special exception may be made to an
organization if their representatives are being transferred to different
locations in excess of a 50-mile radius outside of the greater Orlando
area. A transfer within the 50-mile radius will not constitute reason
for allowing a special exception. Dues of $300.00 include DACO
membership and one (1) ticket to the 2008 Scholar Athlete
Banquet. Dues of $500.00 include DACO membership and two (2)
tickets to each of these events. Dues
of $250.00 do not include tickets to these events. Members
will also be entitled to discounted member-pricing to additional DACO
events on a "pay-as-you-go" basis during the membership period.
A non-resident membership is offered to individuals not residing
within a 50-mile radius of the Orlando downtown business district. The
non-resident pays an initiation fee and has the option to pay the current
annual dues, or a reduced annual fee, and then a guest fee for each
luncheon or event attended..
